Your support, in practice
What we can
help with.
- Support with daily structure and household routines
- Encouragement with appointments and community access
- Building confidence, connections and independent skills
- Working alongside the person’s existing professional support
Taking the time
to get it right.
Our role is social care and practical support, not diagnosis, psychotherapy or crisis treatment. With appropriate consent, we work within agreed plans and communicate with involved professionals. We consider how to recognise changes in wellbeing and what the agreed response should be. For an immediate danger or emergency, call 999 rather than using our enquiry form.

No. This service supports everyday living and independence alongside, rather than replacing, healthcare or therapy.
