At Nefid Personnel we provide high quality care, to the elderly, those with physical disabilities, learning disabilities, mental health problems including Alzheimer’s and dementia.
Our management team, staff and carers have vast experience in Home Care and are confident to deliver the best quality care to service users. We will deliver a complete service with friendliness, reliability and attention to detail.

Our Aims and Objectives

  • To continue to assess and respond to your individual unique needs in partnership with your family / carers and other organisations.

Our Home Carers

  • Our Carers come from all walks of life; some are qualified nurses, some with care qualifications, years of experience or little experience.
  • We are careful in matching the skills of our care staff to your needs and choice. Our cares are very carefully selected.
  • All potential carers are interviewed and a minimum of two professional references obtained.
  • They also undergo a Criminal Records Bureau Enhanced Disclosure check. They are trained to deliver a high-quality service.
  • Our careers are encouraged to undergo training to NVQ Level 2 in care/care certificate
